All designs submitted to the site are voted on by the community. Once designs are submitted they will be screened for content and activated for voting during the specified voting period (See Blog Page for specifics) Once the voting period has ended, the team will identify the design with the most I'd buy it votes. This design will be used to design various products offered for sale on the site's shop page.

 The cost of shipping depends on a number of variables; location, weight, and shipping method to name a few. To determine your exact expense simply add the items to your order and proceed with the check out process. The exact shipping expense will be display prior to finalizing your check out.

 Tracking your shipment will depend on the shipping method you select. If you choose a method of shipping that allows for tracking, the tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 Delivery time depends on the method of shipping that you select. Domestic orders can take on average up to 8 days domestically. (PO Box addresses can only be sent vial the postal service.) International orders can take up to 3 weeks depending on method of delivery. (Be advised custom delays may occur in some situations.

 In some cases tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. If you receive a tracking number and are unable to access the information, allow 24 hrs and retry accessing the information.

 Graphics selected for production will receive the following:

-An initial cash payment of $500 for Graphic Contest and Etched Contest winners ($250 for Text Contest Winners)

-$50 Poli Graphic Design Store Credit

-A complimentary unit of item produced with your design (Initial Run)

-A residual payment (matching your initial cash payment) if your design is reproduced. (Up to an additional $500)

Graphic Designs or Illustrations  can be funny, ironic, parodies, optical illusions, kawaii, or reference "pop-culture", "human emotion", and many other topics. So, let your imagination run wild.

 Graphic Designers can visit the site's submit page to download the artist submission kit. Follow the instructions in the kit to upload the appropriate files to the page prior to clicking the "submit" button.

 Yes. Paypal is a secure site which will ensure prompt deliver of cash prizes to our community.

 Artist can submit graphic designs, illustrations, tattoo designs, paintings etc.

 Users are welcome to resubmit a design, but we require that significant changes be made before the design can be entered into a new contest. Color changes or placement changes are not considered significant. Designs without significant changes will be declined for submission into contest.

 Yes, this can be deleted from your user homepage.

 You certainly can! The only requirements are that you live on the planet Earth & are over the age of 13 years old. Join the community by creating a free member account.

 To vote you simply need to become a member and navigate to the site's Vote Page. Once there select from a specific style of art that interest you or vote for every design in a competition! Score each design using three easy options: "back to the drawing board", "It's okay", or "I'd buy it"! If the design receives an "I'd buy it" vote a secondary selection will appear to identify the product you are most interested in having the design produced on.

While we here at Poli Graphic Design are confident you will love all of our products, we have designed a return policy to ensure your overall and complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, you can return the item for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date (60 days for international orders).  Poli Graphic will not accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credits after the time frames noted above.

When completing the return form, please fully complete the document to expedite your request. Indicate your reason for returning the item and provide a full description of the returned product. Also, please select the desired action you would like taken from the 3 options provided: refund, exchange or store credit.

All returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unused (no exceptions). An attempt to return a worn, washed or used item will be refused and sent back. Exchanges must be made for products of equal or lesser value. Please be advised that the shipping charges for the returned item is your responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on the part of Poli Graphic Design.
